How it works
From "did I miss a deadline?" to "it's handled."
LienAlert takes the facts of a job and watches the calendar for you. Here's the whole thing, start to finish.
1. Check your deadlines free
Open the calculator, pick your state, and enter the dates you worked. You'll see every notice, filing, and suit deadline right away. No account needed.
2. Create an account to track jobs
Sign up and add a job: the project, who hired you, and your work dates. We compute and save every deadline for that job.
3. Get reminded automatically
We email you at 30, 14, 3, and 0 days before each deadline. Text reminders are rolling out too. You confirm and stay in control of your dates.
4. Prepare and file your own forms
When a deadline needs a document, open the blank form, fill it in with your facts, and file it yourself. We never file anything for you.
5. Keep everything in one place
Your job history, a calendar across all jobs, and a document vault stay with you, even in a slow season.
LienAlert is a deadline-tracking and documentation tool, not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice and does not prepare legal documents for you. The information and dates it shows are general and based on the facts you enter, they are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your state. Always confirm your deadlines with a qualified attorney before relying on them.
