Record Your Mechanics Lien
Record your mechanics lien with the county recorder, generally within about 90 days after the last day you furnished labor or materials to the project.

Deadline to Enforce the Lien (Lawsuit)
File a lawsuit to enforce (foreclose) your lien, generally within about 12 months after the lien is recorded, or the lien can expire.
